Cancellations

During the school term

If the student is ill, please cancel at least two hours before the lesson start time. The lesson will not be charged if a doctor’s certificate is provided. If cancellation notice is given less than two hours before the lesson, the lesson will be charged.
At least one working day’s notice must be given to cancel a lesson. Otherwise, the lesson will be charged.
If less than one working day’s notice is given to cancel a lesson, the lesson will be charged. We may, at our discretion, rearrange the lesson to another time during the same month.
If the student arrives late, we may, at our discretion, add extra time at the end of the lesson, if it does not conflict with any other lesson. No additional time will be re-arranged.
If the student does not show up for the lesson, the lesson will be charged. This lesson will not be rearranged.

During school holiday

If the student is ill, please cancel at least two hours before the lesson start time. The lesson will not be charged if a doctor’s certificate is provided. If cancellation notice is given less than two hours before the lesson, the lesson will be charged.
All other cancellations will be charged. We may, at our discretion, rearrange the lesson to another time during the same holiday period with the same tutor.
If the student arrives late, we may, at our discretion, add extra time at the end of the lesson, if it does not conflict with any other lesson. No additional time will be re-arranged.
If the student does not show up for the lesson, the lesson will be charged. This lesson will not be rearranged.
